Wookey Hole Early Bird Discount - Save up to 20% Online
These Terms and Conditions apply to the advance ticket booking discount offer for day tickets available through the Wookey Hole website.
- 20% Discount – Available for tickets booked five or more full days in advance of the selected visit date.
- 10% Discount – Available for tickets booked one to four full days in advance of the selected visit date.
- No Discount – Tickets booked on the day of the visit are not eligible for any discount under this offer.
Offer Validity
- This discount offer is only valid for day tickets booked and used on or before 1st June 2025.
- Tickets purchased for visits after this date will not be eligible for the discount, regardless of booking lead time.

Circus Shows: At selected times of the year, circus shows are performed daily as part of your visit.
Please note that there are no circus shows on the following dates:
Saturday, 28th June and Sunday, 29th June 2025
Ticket Restrictions: Tickets purchased online cannot be used alongside any other offer, promotion, discount, voucher, or family tickets on the day of your visit, unless offered by Wookey Hole. Please note tickets are only valid on the date selected during booking, and cannot be exchanged or refunded if not used.
Guide Books: If you buy a guide book online in advance, you can collect it from the ticket office when you arrive.
Adventure Golf: All-day tickets include a round of adventure golf. Tickets for the adventure golf will be issued on the day of your visit and cannot be used separately.

Carer Tickets: For those accompanying a paying guest with additional needs. ID required: Blue Badge, DLA Letter, PIP Letter, Carers Card. Other party members will be charged at the standard rate. Please bring proof of entitlement when collecting tickets or you will be charged the full standard price.
Location and Directions: Wookey Hole is just 2 miles from Wells. Follow the brown signs on the main routes around the city centre. If you are coming from Bath (A39), Bristol (A37), or Weston Super Mare (A371), we are only 20 miles away. If you are arriving via M5, take the Junction 22 exit and follow the brown signs.
For the easiest route, we recommend following the brown tourist signs into Wells, as this will provide the most direct route and avoid country lanes and smartphone/GPS blackspots. If you are using SatNav, enter the postcode BA5 1BA (best used after arriving in Wells).
Alternatively, our what3words location is "classic.gear.adjusting."
Parking: There is a large, free car park for visitors.

- Website Exclusive: This offer is only valid for bookings made online via www.wookey.co.uk. Bookings made by phone or in person do not qualify.
- Automatic Application: Eligible discounts will be automatically applied to day tickets at checkout during the online booking process.
- Not Combinable: This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, offer, discount, or voucher, including but not limited to third-party vouchers and special packages.
- Advance Booking Definition: A "full day" is defined as a complete 24-hour period before the date of your visit. For example, booking at 2 PM on a Monday for a visit on Saturday qualifies for the 20% discount.
- Subject to Availability: Discounted day tickets are subject to availability. Wookey Hole reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer at any time without prior notice.
- Non-Transferable: Discounts have no cash value and are non-transferable.

- Wookey Hole reserves the right to verify the timing of your booking to determine eligibility for the discount.
- In the event of system errors or misapplication of discounts, Wookey Hole reserves the right to correct bookings and notify customers accordingly.
