Between 25th June and 2nd September 2026, visitors can benefit from enhanced discounts on admission tickets:

Available when booking online one day or more in advance of your visit.

15% Discount

Available on:

• Tickets purchased online on the day of your visit.
• Tickets purchased at the admissions desk on the day of your visit.

Standard Discounts

Outside of the period 25th June to 2nd September 2026, visitors can continue to save:

Tickets purchased online on the day of your visit or at the admissions desk are not eligible for a discount outside of the enhanced summer discount period.

Conditions of the Offer

Website Exclusive: Online discounts are only available for bookings made via www.wookey.co.uk.

Automatic Application: Eligible discounts will be automatically applied during the booking process or at the point of purchase.

Not Combinable: Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, offer, discount, voucher or special package unless expressly stated by Wookey Hole.

Advance Booking Definition: A booking made one day or more in advance qualifies for the applicable online discount. For example, booking anytime on Monday for a Tuesday visit qualifies.

Subject to Availability: Discounted tickets are subject to availability. Wookey Hole reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer at any time without prior notice.

Non-Transferable: Discounts have no cash value and are non-transferable.

Additional Information

Wookey Hole reserves the right to verify booking dates and times to determine eligibility for the applicable discount.

In the event of system errors or the incorrect application of discounts, Wookey Hole reserves the right to amend bookings and notify visitors accordingly.

Circus Shows: At selected times of the year, circus shows are performed daily as part of your visit.

Ticket Restrictions: Tickets purchased online cannot be used alongside any other offer, promotion, discount, voucher, or family tickets on the day of your visit, unless offered by Wookey Hole. Please note tickets are only valid on the date selected during booking, and cannot be exchanged or refunded if not used.

Guide Books: If you buy a guide book online in advance, you can collect it from the ticket office when you arrive.

Adventure Golf: All-day tickets include a round of adventure golf. Tickets for the adventure golf will be issued on the day of your visit and cannot be used separately.

Carer Tickets: For those accompanying a paying guest with additional needs. ID required: Blue Badge, DLA Letter, PIP Letter, Carers Card. Other party members will be charged at the standard rate. Please bring proof of entitlement when collecting tickets or you will be charged the full standard price.

Location and Directions: Wookey Hole is just 2 miles from Wells. Follow the brown signs on the main routes around the city centre. If you are coming from Bath (A39), Bristol (A37), or Weston Super Mare (A371), we are only 20 miles away. If you are arriving via M5, take the Junction 22 exit and follow the brown signs.

For the easiest route, we recommend following the brown tourist signs into Wells, as this will provide the most direct route and avoid country lanes and smartphone/GPS blackspots. If you are using SatNav, enter the postcode BA5 1BA (best used after arriving in Wells).

Parking: There is a large, free car park for visitors.
